Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Position: Part-time
Working Hours: 20 hours/week
Location: Vienna (Hybrid – at least 1 days/week on-site)

Now, we’re looking for a creative mind to join our Marketing team! If you’re passionate about crafting impactful campaigns, shaping how a brand is seen, and bringing stories to life across multiple channels, this could be your next adventure.

We’re hiring a Marketing Manager (Maternity Leave Cover, ~1.5 years). Step in, make an impact, and help us spread the Tapkey story!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING? 🚀

• You plan, coordinate, and implement marketing activities across all channels. You also manage co-marketing initiatives with partners, ensuring aligned messaging and strong joint visibility.
• You manage our websites in German and English, taking care of content updates, SEO optimization, and traffic analysis to boost reach and conversions.
• You take ownership of our social media channels and help centre, draft editorial plans, and create blog articles that strengthen our brand visibility and customer engagement.
• You produce social media content, presentations, success stories, and other content that brings the Tapkey story to life, together with our Group Marketing.
• You plan and run digital campaigns, including Google Ads, in collaboration with our Vienna-based performance marketing agency. 
• You create and analyse newsletters to improve engagement and relevance.
• You deliver monthly reports, interpret KPIs, and provide insights to optimize future activities.
• You will collaborate closely with a manager based in the Netherlands and have occasional opportunities to travel across Europe a few times per year.

ABOUT YOU (male/female/diverse) 🌟

• You bring creativity, drive, and a passion for digital marketing. Ideally, several of the following apply to you: 
• You have a degree or vocational training with a focus on communication, PR or marketing.
• You have at least 2 years of experience or relevant training in (online) marketing.
• You have already gained experience in managing blogs and social media channels.
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• You already have basic knowledge of SEO & SEA as well as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• You are open-minded, proactive and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• You are bursting with creativity and enjoy writing and designing. You have an eye for good design and an understanding of how to handle corporate design.
• You work independently, take ownership of your projects, and enjoy being responsible for seeing them through successfully.
• You find digital media exciting. You enjoy social media.

We offer a compelling salary for a convincing performance! With appropriate experience and qualifications, we are of course willing to significantly overpay the basic wage outlined in the IT collective agreement (€3063 gross according to AT standard-level IT-KV, full-time equivalent)
