These new premium features are here to help you manage access more easily and save time. They’re built to give you better control, more flexibility, and a clear structure, especially if things are getting a bit more complex or your setup is expanding.

1. Access Schedules – Set Timeframes to Stay in Control
What it does: Access Schedules lets you create timeframes, like “weekdays 9–5” or “evenings only”, and then use those when setting up access permissions. These schedules can be applied to Locks, Lock Groups, Person Groups, or individual persons. This way, you keep things consistent and manage your standard time settings in one central place.
Why it matters for you: It helps you centralise time-based access rules, like shift patterns, contract-based schedules, or rotating teams, in one place. That means less manual work, fewer mistakes, and a consistent setup across your organisation.
2. Access Matrix – Manage Everything in One Clear View
What it does: The Access Matrix provides a central table in the Web Portal where you can manage all users, doors, and transponders in one place.
Why it matters for you: You get a complete overview at a glance—making it easier to assign, adjust, or revoke access quickly and with fewer errors. It’s fast, intuitive, and perfect for managing access at scale. No more clicking around.

3. Person Groups – Assign Access Once, Apply It to Many
What it does: With Person Groups, you can bundle individuals who share similar access needs into one group. Afterwards you can manage their permissions collectively.
Why it matters for you: Instead of managing access user by user, you can streamline everything. deal for teams with similar needs, and a great way to save time and cut down on errors.

What it does: Units allow you to divide your installation into distinct management areas (so-called units), each with its own admin roles and privacy rules.
Why it’s useful: Split your locking system into multiple units, each with its own independent and private management. This is especially useful for large setups or multi-tenant buildings where privacy and clear separation are essential.
