Pricing Options for User Packages

Tapkey user packages are available through two convenient channels—directly in the Tapkey app or via our online store. While the feature set remains the same,it  gives you the freedom to choose what works best—whether you prefer the flexibility of a monthly plan or the simplicity of a yearly one.

Pay monthly, directly through your smartphone

Choose how many people you want to give access to. Each volume includes up to a set number of users—easy to upgrade as your team grows. Pay month by month (monthly licence fee) with credit card for ongoing access—flexible and commitment-free.

Please note not to put together individual user packages (e.g. to buy several user packages at the same time), but to select the higher rate directly. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time.

Pay anually, with one upfront payment

Pick the user volume that fits your needs. Each package includes access for up to a set number of users—and scaling is easy if your team grows. With an annual licence fee, you pay once and enjoy 12 months of full access—no monthly renewals, no fuss.

In order for us to activate your user package in the shop, we need the e-mail address of the Tapkey owner account and the activation date (from when should your user package be activated). Your account must already exist at the time of activation and have at least one lock activated on it. If this is not the case, then register in advance.
