With the new integration, we’ve taken a significant step forward. Before, it was only possible to create the aforementioned rules for member tariffs and the definition of access areas. In addition to the member-based access, we’ve now integrated robust booking calendar sync-up. This ensures that access aligns seamlessly with Cobot’s scheduling. Automated and virtually self-organised.

Yes, technology evolves. Hence, you’re more than welcome to use our new and improved version of the Cobot integration, especially as the old version has an end of life on April 31st. Simply uninstall the old one and install the newer version. Important: all the grants and permissions created in the locking system will be removed, so make sure you have a record of users that require access. We’ve put together a simple step-by-step tutorial on how to migrate to the new, updated version to unlock more value for your workflow.
