Conditions of participation for redeeming discount codes (Spring Sale campaign) at Tapkey GmbH. These conditions of participation only apply to the Spring Sale campaign carried out by Tapkey GmbH. By participating, each participant accepts these conditions of participation and the participation period.

The period of validity of the discount code campaign is limited from April 1st, 2024 until April 30th, 2024. Orders must be submitted during this time period. 

 

The discount code must be applied at the check-out.

 

If the order or individual items to which the discount code relates are not fulfilled, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of the value of the discount code or entitlement to a new discount code.

 

Tapkey GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from participating in the discount code campaign. This applies in particular to violations of the conditions of participation or if participants use manipulation or other dishonest aids. Tapkey GmbH can also subsequently declare such an exclusion, revoke discounts and reclaim them. Tapkey GmbH reserves the right to end the promotion without prior notice if the promotion cannot be guaranteed for legal or factual reasons. This applies in particular to reasons that would disrupt or prevent the campaign from running as planned. Tapkey GmbH also reserves the right to change these conditions of participation at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. In such a case, the participants are not entitled to any claims against Tapkey GmbH.

 

Should a provision of the Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Instead of the invalid or missing provisions, the respective statutory regulations apply.
